W napaści zginęło ok. 1200 osób, a 251 zostało uprowadzonych. Bar odpowiedział pozwem, przedstawiając jednocześnie dokumenty jako dowody w sprawie.

Ponad 20 ostrzeżeń przed atakiem Hamasu

Materiały dostarczone przez byłego szefa Szin Betu wskazują, że służba kierowała do premiera Izraela ponad 20 ostrzeżeń przez cały rok poprzedzający atak. Sygnały dotyczyły m.in. zagrożenia ze Strefy Gazy.

Greater Israel (Hebrew: ארץ ישראל השלמה, romanized: Eretz Yisrael HaShlema) is an expression with several different biblical and political meanings over time. It is often used, in an irredentist fashion, to refer to the historic or desired borders of the State of Israel.

Territorial claims of Israeli nationalist or Zionist movements have varied, depending on the time period and different groups of proponents such as Labor Zionist, Revisionist Zionist, or Religious Zionist groups.[1] There are two different primary uses of the term Greater Israel – one referring more narrowly to the area internationally recognized as part of the State of Israel along with the Golan Heights, West Bank, and Gaza Strip; and a second definition referring to the much larger region stretching from the river Nile to the Euphrates.[2]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greater_Israel

Shiekh Yassin was on such good terms with the Israeli state that he would receive treatment in Israeli hospitals.

According to Andrew Higgin, ” Israel’s military-led administration in Gaza looked favorably on the paraplegic cleric, who set up a wide network of schools, clinics, a library and kindergartens. Sheikh Yassin formed the Islamist group Mujama al-Islamiya, which was officially recognized by Israel as a charity and then, in 1979, as an association. Israel also endorsed the establishment of the Islamic University of Gaza, which it now regards as a hotbed of militancy. The university was one of the first targets hit by Israeli warplanes in the [2008-9 Operation Cast Lead].”

Many Israeli government officials saw the improvement of the quality of life in the Palestinian territories as a way prevent radicalization of the Arab residents so in 1979 Mujama Al Islamiyah got the status as a charity organization with the ability to be able to raise millions of dollars in decades.

During the eighties clashes between secular and Islamists supporters became more common and there was a rift growing in Palestinian society between secularists and Islamists.

According to the Truth Seeker, ” As the fighting between rival student factions at Birzeit grew more violent, Brig. Gen. Shalom Harari, then a military intelligence officer in Gaza, says he received a call from Israeli soldiers manning a checkpoint on the road out of Gaza. They had stopped a bus carrying Islamic activists who wanted to join the battle against Fatah at Birzeit. “I said: ‘If they want to burn each other let them go,’” recalls Mr. Harari.

Israeli Military thinking during the time figured it would be great if the Islamists and Socialists were to continue fighting each other since it would take away their focus on fighting Israel.

According to Tharoor, ” Israel jailed Yassin in 1984 on a 12 year sentence after the discovery of hidden arms caches, but was released a year later.” Israel had Shiekh Yassin in custody three years before the first intifada started.

If Israel would have kept him in custody for his whole sentence perhaps Hamas would not have gotten to do the about of damage they did during the first intifada.

According to The Interceptor, ” Brig. Gen. Yitzhak Segev, who was the Israeli military governor in Gaza in the early 1980s. Segev later told a New York Times reporter that he had helped finance the Palestinian Islamist movement as a “counterweight” to the secularists and leftists of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Fatah party, led by Yasser Arafat (who himself referred to Hamas as “a creature of Israel.”).”

General Segev himself even admits to funding Hamas himself with Israeli taxpayers money that was later used to kill the same people who were funding them.

Netanyahu: Money to Hamas part of strategy to keep Palestinians divided

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu defended Israel’s regular allowing of Qatari funds to be transferred into Gaza, saying it is part of a broader strategy to keep Hamas and the Palestinian Authority separate, a source in Monday’s Likud faction meeting said.

Netanyahu explained that, in the past, the PA transferred the millions of dollars to Hamas in Gaza. He argued that it was better for Israel to serve as the pipeline to ensure the funds don’t go to terrorism.

“Now that we are supervising, we know it’s going to humanitarian causes,” the source said, paraphrasing Netanyahu.

The prime minister also said that, “whoever is against a Palestinian state should be for” transferring the funds to Gaza, because maintaining a separation between the PA in the West Bank and Hamas in Gaza helps prevent the establishment of a Palestinian state.

The Blue and White Party’s platform calls to stop allowing the transfer of funds to Hamas, calling it mafia-style “protection” payments.

Mossad chief Yossi Cohen and the top officer of the Israel Defense Forces in charge of Gaza, Herzi Halevi, visited Qatar earlier this month on the instructions of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to plead with its leaders to continue their periodical payments to Hamas, Yisrael Beytenu party chief Avigdor Liberman claimed Saturday night.

Speaking to Channel 12 news, Liberman censured Netanyahu for having “begged” the Qataris to continue supporting the Gaza-based terror group.

“On Wednesday two weeks ago the head of Mossad… and the head of [IDF] Southern Command visit Qatar on an errand from Netanyahu, and they simply beg the Qataris to keep sending money to Hamas after March 30. The Qataris have said they will stop sending money on March 30,” Liberman said.

“Both Egypt and Qatar are angry with Hamas and planned to cut ties with them. Suddenly Netanyahu appears as the defender of Hamas, as though it was an environmental organization. This is a policy of submission to terror,” he said, adding that Israel was paying Hamas “protection money” to maintain the calm.

…

Liberman, the former defense minister, has accused Netanyahu of paying protection money to Hamas in the past (despite the payments having started during his time in office).

The transfers were also opposed by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, who has sought to pressure and weaken Hamas in Gaza.

In a meeting at Microsoft’s headquarters in Seattle in late 2021, the then-head of Unit 8200, Yossi Sariel, won the support of the tech giant’s CEO, Satya Nadella, to develop a customized and segregated area within Azure that has facilitated the army’s mass surveillance project. According to the sources, Sariel approached Microsoft because the scope of Israel’s intelligence on millions of Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza is so vast that it cannot be stored on military servers alone.

TEL AVIV, Israel — Israeli officials obtained Hamas’ battle plan for the Oct. 7 terrorist attack more than a year before it happened, documents, emails and interviews show. But Israeli military and intelligence officials dismissed the plan as aspirational, considering it too difficult for Hamas to carry out.

Study: Someone bet against the Israeli stock market in the days before Hamas’ Oct. 7 attack

Five days before the deadliest attack in Israel’s history, a warning may have appeared on stock exchanges.

A study by researchers from Columbia University and NYU called „Trading on Terror?” suggests that a trader may have been aware of the coming attack, bet against the Israeli economy and walked away with a profit by short selling on the U.S. and Israeli stock exchanges.

…

According to Columbia Law School Professor Joshua Mitts, one of the authors of the study, „that’s extremely unusual.” It was also profitable: the shares sold short for one Israeli company alone yielded a profit of „millions” of Israeli shekels.

UPDATE 18.10.2026 r.

Ciekawsze: terrorystyczne państwo Izrael mordowało własnych obywateli w trakcie swojej własnej operacji wojskowej:

An Israeli Apache helicopter fired into Kibbutz Be’eri, according to testimony from Erez Tidhar, a military veteran who on the scene on October 7 as a rescue and evacuation volunteer for the Eitam unit .

“Every minute a missile comes down on you, every minute,” Tidhar recalled. “And suddenly you see a missile from a helicopter that fires into the kibbutz. You say to yourself, ‘I don’t get it. An IDF helicopter firing into an Israeli kibbutz.’ And then you see a tank driving through the streets of the kibbutz flanking the cannon and it fires a shell into a house. These are things you cannot comprehend.”

The report, aired (archived) on Israeli state broadcaster Kann, sheds new light on the events of October 7.

Ha’aretz reported on November 18 that a combat helicopter fired on Hamas militants and “apparently also hit some festival participants.”

A helicopter squadron commander previously told Mako that, having run out of missiles, he considered opening fire with a cannon on a house containing Israeli captives and Hamas militants. Instead, he decided to shoot 30 meters away from the house in order to scare Hamas militants into going outside.

However, Tidhar’s testimony is the first account published of a helicopter firing missiles directly into a kibbutz.

The Israeli outlet Yedioth Ahronoth reported on October 15 that 28 military helicopters fired at anyone they saw, had “tremendous difficulty in distinguishing within the occupied outposts and settlements who was a terrorist and who was a soldier or civilian” and “only at a certain point did the pilots begin to slow down the attacks and carefully select the targets.”

The report added that “in the first four hours from the start of the fighting, helicopters and fighter jets attacked about 300 targets, most of them in Israeli territory.”

This revelation follows recent testimony from Hadas Dagan, the only survivor of Israeli tank shelling of a Be’eri house where 14 captives and 39 Hamas militants were killed.

https://www.uncaptured.media/p/israeli-volunteer-apache-helicopter

According to Tuval Escapa, the security coordinator at Kibbutz Be’eri who set up a hotline between residents and the army,

Israeli commanders made “difficult decisions” including “shelling houses on their occupants in order to eliminate the terrorists along with the hostages

More evidence comes from witness Danielle Rachiel, who described nearly being killed after escaping from the Hamas attack on the Nova music festival. As she drove to safety, Israeli security forces shot directly at her vehicle until she shouted in Hebrew to identify herself as Israeli.

The Israeli news outlet, Yedioth Aharanoth, is reported saying that “the pilots realised that there was tremendous difficulty in distinguishing within the occupied outposts and settlements who was a terrorist and who was a soldier or civilian … The rate of fire against the thousands of terrorists was tremendous at first and, only at a certain point, did the pilots begin to slow down the attacks and carefully select the targets.”

Meanwhile, footage from inside kibbutzes shows absolute devastation resembling Israel’s repeated bombardment of Gaza over the years. Apache helicopter pilots have admitted to firing continuously without intelligence on targets, while tank crews were ordered to shell homes,  regardless of Israeli hostages potentially inside.

Bodies of Israelis discovered below the rubble of a home destroyed by a powerful explosive blast are said to have been caused by tank shells. Israeli security forces also opened fire on fleeing Israelis whom they mistook for Hamas gunmen.

14 sierpnia 2003 roku o godzinie 9.00 izraelska stacja telewizyjna Kanał 10 złamała wszelkie zakazy i ujawniła najohydniejszy sekret (…) założycieli Izraela – umyślną, masową radiację wszystkich młodych Sefardyjczyków.

…

Ustawiali je rzędami, golili głowy i smarowali żelem.

To ja, zanim mnie napromieniowali.

Dzieciom Aszkenazi kazano pozostać w klasie, a resztę, o ciemniejszej kompleksji, poproszono do autobusu.

Film cytuje dwóch znanych, anty-sefardyjskich, rasistowskich przywódców Izaela: Nahuma Goldmanna i Levi Eszkola.

Goldmann spędził czas Holocaustu w Szwajcarii, gdzie dopilnował, by jedynie niewielu uchodźców znalazło schronienia. Następnie poleciał do Nowego Jorku, gdzie stanął na czele Światowego Kongresu Żydów, kierowanego wtedy przez Samuela Bronfmana. Według kanadyjskiego pisarza Mordechaja Richlera, Bronfman zawarł z kanadyjskim ministrem Mackenzie Kingiem umowę, uniemożliwiającą przybywanie żydowskim emigrantom do Kanady.

Unit 217, frequently called Duvdevan (Hebrew: דובדבן, lit. ’cherry’), is a mistaʽaravim unit in the Commando Brigade of the Israel Defense Forces.

It is notable for its undercover operations in urban areas, during which its operators often wear civilian clothing to disguise themselves among the local Arab populace.[4] The unit is also known to have highly trained members in both human and mechanical counter-surveillance. Unit 217 performs many high-risk and complicated operations, including targeted killings of militants and a range of other undercover operations in Arab regions, many of which are classified.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duvdevan_Unit

In November 2023, a separate Haaretz report alleged that a small number of civilians may have been injured by fire from a military chopper as they were fleeing the Supernova music festival, held in the fields of Kibbutz Re’im. The report was denied by the police, however, and resulted in false claims from the Palestinian Authority that Israel had “allowed the occupation police and army to kill” all of the 364 partygoers mowed down by terrorists at the music festival.

According to Sunday’s report, the order to implement Hannibal-esque policies during the hours of fighting on October 7 was not limited to military bases but extended to civilians as well.

Shortly before 11:30 a.m., an order was issued in which soldiers were told that “not a single vehicle could return to Gaza” from inside Israel, for fear that it would be transporting kidnapped individuals.

An unnamed source from the IDF’s Southern Command confirmed to Haaretz that the order was issued because “everyone knew by then that such vehicles could be carrying kidnapped civilians or soldiers.”

The source added that while there were no instances in which a vehicle carrying kidnapped Israelis was knowingly attacked, “you couldn’t really know if there were any such people in a vehicle.”

“I can’t say there was any clear instruction, but everyone knew what it meant to not let any vehicles return to Gaza,” the source said.

In one case, an Israeli Air Force probe determined that Efrat Katz, 68, was likely killed by helicopter fire during an attempt by Hamas terrorists to take the Kibbutz Nir Oz resident hostage on October 7.

According to the investigation, amid battles that took place in southern Israel on October 7, an IAF helicopter opened fire on a car with several terrorists in it. It was later revealed, based on eyewitnesses, videos from the helicopter, and surveillance camera footage, that the vehicle also had Israeli hostages in it.

In total, some 1,200 people were massacred across southern Israel on October 7, and 251 were seized as hostages, the majority of them civilians.

Toward the evening, as the IDF fought to regain control of the Gaza border communities, Brig. Gen. Barak Hiram, the commander of the IDF’s 99th Division, ordered a tank to fire on a home in Kibbutz Be’eri, where Hamas terrorists were holding 14 Israelis hostage.

The tank fired two shells toward the house. Of the 14 who had been held hostage, 13 were killed in the intense firefight between Israeli troops and the Hamas terrorists. It remains unclear how many of the 13 had been harmed by the tank fire, although at least one of them, 68-year-old Adi Dagan, was said to have been killed by shrapnel.

In the coming weeks, the IDF is due to present the findings of an investigation into the incident.

The Hannibal Protocol was canceled by then-IDF chief of staff Gadi Eisenkot in 2016, who said that the military would instead design a series of new orders, better tailored to the various situations that soldiers may find themselves in.

While the decades-old protocol intended to allow troops to use potentially massive amounts of force to prevent soldiers from falling into enemy hands, some officers understood it to mean a soldier should deliberately be killed if it meant preventing their abduction.

IDF Ordered Hannibal Directive on October 7 to Prevent Hamas Taking Soldiers Captive

’There was crazy hysteria, and decisions started being made without verified information’: Documents and testimonies obtained by Haaretz reveal the Hannibal operational order, which directs the use of force to prevent soldiers being taken into captivity, was employed at three army facilities infiltrated by Hamas, potentially endangering civilians as well

Gaza Division operations and airstrikes in the first hours of October 7 were based on limited information. The first long moments after the Hamas attack was launched were chaotic. Reports were coming in, with their significance not always clear. When their meaning was understood, it was realized that something horrific had taken place.

Głównym celem izraelskiej operacji wojskowej zapoczątkowanej 7 października 2023 r. było wymordowanie populacji Gazy i zagarnięcie ziemii, która ma rzekomo należeć do przodków syjonistycznych najeźdźcow Bliskiego Wschodu:
